This expandable bangle is made with heavy gauge stainless steel. It has a stainless steel charm with the phrase "I love (with a heart instead of the word) someone with Type 1 diabetes. Along side of the charm it has a blue colored bead which is the awareness color for Type 1 diabetes. This bangle is the standard bangle size of 2&1/2 inches in diameter. Let me know if you need a different size, as sometimes I have varying sizes available.
